ABOUT Strawberry Mousse RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Strawberries 250 gms
  2. Heavy Cream 200 ml
  3. Sugar 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Rinse and chop the strawberries.
  2. In a pan, cook the chopped strawberries with sugar.
  3. Cook until sugar melts and strawberries are mushy.
  4. Add 3/4th of this mix to the heavy cream and whip with a blender.
  5. Pour into the serving glasses / bowls.
  6. Pour a spoon of the strawberry sugar mix on the top.
  7. Garnish with a piece of strawberry.
