ABOUT Fruit panna cotta RECIPE

Any meal is incomplete without a chilled dessert. Make this dessert a day ahead and keep in refrigerator. Chilled panna cotta is really delicious and yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fruits of our choice- 500ml
  2. Milk- 500 ml
  3. Agar agar - 1 pack
  4. Sugar- 1 cup
  5. Vanilla essence- 5 drops
  6. Dry fruits powder-( badam and cashew)
  7. Dry fruits chopped (badam and cashew)

Instructions

  1. Boil all the ingredients and add agar agar at the last 10 minutes to the mix.
  2. After adding agar agar powder, keep stirring or else it will burn at bottom of the vessel.
  3. When the juice gets thickened, switch off the stove and pour into our serving glasses or a serving bowl.
  4. Let it set for few hours and then chill it.
