Ingredients to make Red velvet cake

  • Beetroot puree 3/4 cup
  • wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
  • Cocopowder 4tsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1.5 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • vinegar 1tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • powder sugar 1 cup
  • Vegetable oil 1/2 Cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup or as required
  • sugar syrup 3/4 cup
  • For frosting:Wipped cream 2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp
  • Sliver balls as required
  • Colourfull sprinkles as required
  • 2 whole glazed karonde
  • 1 cup chopped glazed karonde
  • 2 tsp sugar

How to make Red velvet cake

  1. Take wheat flour,sugar,cocopowder,baking powder,salt.
  2. And sieve it three times.
  3. Now add 1tbsp vinegar in 1/2 cup.milk whisk and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Now in dry ingredients add vinegar milk,beetroot puree,oil and beat it properly.
  5. It should be have pouring consistency.
  6. If needed add more milk.
  7. Now grease aluminium tray with oil.
  8. Pour batter in it.
  9. Now bake it for 30 minutes on slow to medium flame.
  10. For pan baking in a pan add 2-3 cup salt,and put a ring cover ot and preheat it for 5 minutes now put your cake tin in it and bake cake.
  11. For frosting: cut cake horizontally in two parts.
  12. Apply some sugar syrup on both parts.
  13. Nic vanilla essence and cream.together.
  14. Now apply it cakes first part and put other part and cover whole cake with cream and pipe it also.
  15. Sprinkle some sliver balls and colourfull sprinkles and make.a.heart with glazed karonde.
  16. Coverd cakes sodes with glazed karonde.
  17. Take a pan put 2tsp sugar wait till sugar carelinized.
  18. Now take 2 glazed karonde and cover it with caramelized sugar with the help.of.toothpick.
  19. Keep aside karonde.for.2 decorate it on.cake.
