Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. corn kernals 1 cup
  2. onion ( chopped) 1/2 cup
  3. tomato ( chopped ) 1/2 cup
  4. lemon (squeezed) 1 medium sized
  5. Chaat masala 1 tablespoon
  6. salt 1 tablespoon
  7. butter 1 tablespoon
  8. water for boiling corn kernals 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add water and corn kernals and add butter too and give it a boil.
  2. Now after a boil, strain all the water and put the kernal into a ball and add onion, tomato, chaat masala, salt and mix it well.
  3. Now add lemon into it and mix well, now serve it.
