Chocolate is most romantic ingredients for me so I make chocolate cake for the lovely day of my life.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dry ingredients
  2. Refined flour 2 cup
  3. Cocoa powder 1 cup
  4. Milk powder 1 cup
  5. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  6. baking soda 1/4 tsp
  7. Wet ingredient
  8. Fresh cream 1 cup
  9. Powdered sugar 1,1/2 cup
  10. Milk 1 cup
  11. Chocolate essence 1 tsp
  12. Ingredients for sugar syrup
  13. Water 1glass
  14. Powder sugar 1TB SP
  15. Ingredients for frosting and icing
  16. whipped cream 1 cup
  17. 5 drop red food colour
  18. 50 gram melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven/ microwave and Greece mould with butter and refined flour . Take one big mixing bowl and add dry ingredients refined flour milk powder cocoa powder and soda and mix well.
  2. Take another mixing bowl and egg wet ingredients cake fresh cream powdered sugar milk and essence and mix well.
  3. now ,add dry mixture into wet mixture and mix with cut and fold method.
  4. Now, Pour the mixture in mould.
  5. Back it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees in microwave ovens. If you use O.T.G .then make it for 45 minutes at 160 degree.
  6. After 30 minutes, check with toothpick that cake is baked properly. if it's not done, it's stick with toothpick and it's done, then it's not stick with toothpick.
  7. Cool it down for 10 minutes and remove from mold it.
  8. Now cover with clean film and put in the fridge for cool it down.
  9. Then remove the clean film and add sugar syrup on cake.
  10. Now, take the mixing bowl and take whipped cream and beat till It's become double in volume.
  11. Take chocolate melt in the microwave add some with cream kinda red food colour and mix well Beat it keep into the piping bag and read it for the design.
  12. If you want then cut it in a two part horizontally and then add sugar syrup on one part.
  13. Now, add whipped cream and spread it well in level then put another part of cake on it and sprayed sugar syrup on it and again spread whipped cream and perfectly cover with hole cake with whipped cream.
  14. Now, use pink colour and white colour for designs is showing the pic.
  15. Now, add messages on label on that pink heart and your lovely cake is ready.
