Regular homemade kulcha stuffef with a spicy filling of chicken keema .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the stuffing
  2. 250 grams chicken keema
  3. 2 onions chopped finely
  4. 2 teaspoons garlic paste
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  6. 4 green chillies chopped finely
  7. 1 BUNCH coriander LEAVES CHOPPED
  8. 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  9. 1 teaspoon dhania powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  11. 1 teaspoon salt
  12. 2 tablespoon of oil.
  13. For the kulcha dough
  14. 2 cups maida
  15. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  16. 1/2 Teaspoon sugar
  17. 2 tablespoon ghee
  18. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  19. 100 grams dahi
  20. water to knead the dough

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients under stuffing and leave aside for ten minutes
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai and cook the chicken keema. Make sure it is dry.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  4. Make a dough with the ingredients under dough. Cover with damp cloth and keep aside for ten minutes.
  5. Make 8 portions of the dough.
  6. Stuff each ball of dough with the keema filling.
  7. Roll out into round kulchas and cook well on both sides put little oil or ghee if you want.
  8. Serve hot with raita or a simple aloo sabji.
