Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup moong dal
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. For panner stuffing 250 gm paneer (cottage cheese )
  5. 2 medium size chopped onion
  6. 2. Tomotoes puri
  7. coriander leaves chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/4 tsp redchilly powder
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  12. 1/2 tsb jeera powder
  13. 2tsb olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal for 2hours and than grind add sakt and keep it aside for 2hours
  2. Meanwhile we make panner burji for stuffing take a pan add oil heat it add jeera when jeera crackel add onion and roast till they becomes pink than add tomotoes puri and mix well add all spices and mix Well add crumble paneer and coriander leave your paneer burji is ready
  3. Now mix the moong batter with sptlulla and take a nonstick TWA pour the batter into very thin layer
  4. When chilla cook both sides than spread paneer burji and roll the chilla cut into pieces and serve hot with tomoto ketchup
