Ingredients to make Mungfali chikki

  • jaggery 2 to 4 pieces
  • Makhane powder 1 cup
  • peanuts 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 2 teaspoon
  • water 4 tablespoon
  • ghee 1 tablespoon

How to make Mungfali chikki

  1. Take a pan and put water into it when it boils, add gur into it.
  2. When the gur melts, add 1 tsp ghee into it and mix it.
  3. Now add mufli into it and mix it after a minute add crushed makhane and mix it.
  4. Now on the platform put in ghee, then put the mixture of chikki with the help of a rolling pin and make it flat.
  5. And give it standby time to become tight.
  6. Now cut into pieces and serve it.

My Tip:

Add a little rose powder too it will give a gulkand flavour
