Kids Own Dessert

Ingredients to make Kids Own Dessert

  • 100 gms - vanilla cream biscuits (crushed to small pieces)
  • 4 tbsp - milk
  • 100 gms - Britannia Fruit Cake (crushed to small pieces)
  • Vanilla ice cream - 2 to 3 scoops
  • 1 cup - icing sugar
  • 3 tsp - cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp - hot water
  • Wafers Chocolates and nuts for decoration

How to make Kids Own Dessert

  1. Mix milk and crushed biscuits. Put a layer of it in the serving dish.
  2. Beat the ice cream to melt a little and add a thick layer on top of biscuits.
  3. Spread a layer of fruit cake on top.
  4. On a high flame, mix icing sugar, cocoa and hot water.
  5. Now pour it on top of the dish. Spread it well.
  6. Decorate it with wafers, chocolates and nuts as per the choice of the kids.
  7. Refrigerate. Take it out when you have to serve it.

My Tip:

Choice of biscuits, cake and ice cream depends on Kid's choice and may be substituted.
