Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 750ml. Full fat whole milk
  2. 75-80gms mawa/khoya
  3. 5-6tbspn regular sugar
  4. 20 shelled unsalted pistachios
  5. 20 almonds
  6. 4 green cardamoms powdered
  7. 1tspn kewara water/rose water
  8. 2 pinch of saffron crushed

Instructions

  1. In a wide pan or kadai, heat milk on a sim or low flame for at least 20 minutes will reduce n thicken. Khoya crumbled very well. Powered pistachios n almonds to a semi fine consistency. Crush the cardamom powder.
  2. When the milk has thickened add mawa powdered almonds n pistachios along with cardamom powder. Stir very well and just simmer few minutes on a low flame. Keep on stirring so that the mawa is distributed evenly. Switch off the flame.
  3. Add the kewara water/rose water and crushed saffron. Let the kulfi mixture cool. Then pour the kulfi mixture in kulfi moulds.freeze the kulfi. Once the kulfi is well set.unmoulds the kulfi n serve immediately.
