Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. poha/pressed rice 2 cup
  2. Chopped carrot 1/2 cup
  3. greed peas 1/2 cup
  4. Corn kennels 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. green chili 3 no chopped
  7. onion chopped 1 tbsp
  8. Curry Leaves 8 to 10
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  12. Sugar 1 tbsp
  13. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. wash and mix salt, turmeric and sugar into the poha the keep aside for 1 hour, heat the oil in a pan pop mustard seeds add curry leaves then add green chili, carrot, peas, corn and salt to taste cover and cook.
  2. now add soaked poha keep stirning while cooking, switch off the gas add lemon juice serve hot.
