Ingredients Serving: 5

Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence Few drops
Maida 1 cup
baking powder 3/4 tbsp
baking soda 1/4
fresh strawberries 1 cup cut in halves
strawberry sauce
amul whipped cream

Instructions

mix sugar and oil well and add eggs one by one
add vanilla essence and mix it with all dry ingredients
bake it for 15 minutes in pre heated oven
meanwhile beat whipped cream until soft peaks come up
when cake is done and cooled, assemble it in a transparent dish . Place vanilla sponge and brush it with strawberry sauce and spread fresh strawberries on it and the cover it with whipped cream
