Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. ½ cup butter
  2. 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  3. 1 ½ cup sugar
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. Vanilla Essence
  6. Red food colour
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. Baking soda 1 tbsp
  9. 2 1/2 cup maida
  10. 1 cup butter milk
  11. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  12. cream cheese 1 1/2 cup
  13. icing suagr 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. cream oil sugar and eggs together
  2. add vanilla essence and buttermilk
  3. mix it with dry ingredients and red colour
  4. pour the mix in tin and put it pre-heated oven and bake it
  5. meanwhile whisk cream cheese and icing sugar with some vanilla essence until light
  6. layer the cake and crumb coat it and cover it with gold leaf
  7. decorate it as per choice
