Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Thick low fat yogurt - 1/2 cup
  2. Banana-1 small honey - 1 tsp (optional)
  3. Strawberry chunks as per choice
  4. Mixed dry fruits - 1 Cup (cashews almonds walnut& raisins)
  5. Cereal Bars or any favourite cereals - 1 cup
  6. mint leaves - Twig (for garnish optional)
  7. chocochips - 1 tsp (optional)


  1. In a big mug, put in a dollop of yogurt. Add in the cereal or cereal bar, slightly crushed.
  2. Next put in slices of fruit of choice, I have put in banana slices, drizzle some honey followed by strawberry chunks.
  3. Again sprinkle some cereal or cereal bar. Add in the dry fruits, another dollop of yogurt and garnish with chocolate chips and mint leaves.
  4. Tastes best when serve chilled.
