Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1/2 cup
  2. Ghee 1/4 cup
  3. Vanilla essence Few drops
  4. cream cheese 200gms
  5. amul cream 100 gms
  6. Eggs 4
  7. chocolate chips white 100 gms
  8. orange maramalade 3 tbsp
  9. fresh orange juice

Instructions

  1. mix maida , ghee and vanilla essence together and the press the dough in the tin bake it for 5 minutes at 200 degree c
  2. mix rest of the things together and fill it in the tin and bake it for 40 minutes
  3. it is done, allow it to set over night and then serve chilled
