  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

  1. 1) in a blender add eggs,sugar ,butter milk and blend for few mintues
  2. Add whole wheat flour baking powder and baking soda and bkend just until everthings well combined.
  3. Take a pan and set in on medium flame grease it lightly
  4. Grease the ring mould or cookie cutter with some oil and dust with flour and place it in the pan (dont use plastic cutters. )
  5. Cook for 4 min or u see bubbles on top and no wet batter
  6. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes
  7. Remove frim heat run a knife around the cookue cutter fir easy release
  8. And ur hot cakes are ready
