Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 cup milk chocolate compound
  2. 1/2 dark chocolate compound
  3. 3 tbsp grated coconut
  4. 2 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a double boiler.
  2. While the water is boiling prepare the coconut filling by mixing the grated coconut gently with the condensed milk.
  3. Now roll the above mixture in the form of smalls balls.
  4. Now break the chocolates into small pieces and put it into the vessel kept above the boiler.
  5. Slowly stir as the chocolate begins to melt. Remember that the the vessel in which the chocolate has been kept should not touch the boiling water and the flame should not be high at any instance.
  6. Keep on stirring slowly in one direction so that no lumps are formed.
  7. After the chocolate had become smoothly liquid remove or from the boiler.
  8. Pour it into the moulds.
  9. Keep it into the refrigerator for 1 minute and take it out. Insert the coconut ball into the unmelted part of the chocolate and pour some more chocolate to cover it properly.
  10. Put the moulds back into the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Now take out the moulds and invert it to take out your shining and beautiful chocolates. You can also wrap your chocolates and present it to someone special!!
