This is an ice cream flavoured cookies. With flavour of cookies and cream ice cream. Interesting recipie cookies with flavour if ice cream. Very rich and very yummilicious.

Ingredients Serving: 10

2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup Butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 egg
1 cup orios
1/2 cup Chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

In a mixing bowl swift together flour baking soda and salt. And keep aside.
In a large mixing bowl add butter and both sugar and cream together with electric beater.
Then add vanilla extract and again mix with electric beater.
Then add egg one at a time and mix with electric beater.
The add the dry ingredients and again beat it.
Do not over beat it.
Then add the chopped orios and fold it.
Then add both the chocolate chips and again fold it.
Line a baking tray with butter paper.
Make small balls of the cookie dough and place on the tray.
Place in oven and bake at 150 degree for 20 min or until golden brown.
Let it cool and serve or store in air tight container.
