Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Rohu fish 2 big pieces
  3. chopped onion
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Chopped Coriander
  6. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped green chilies
  8. oil
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough and keep aside .
  2. Pressure cook the fish using just 1 whistle
  3. As the fish cools down discard its bone and skin
  4. Then mash it.
  5. Heat oil in a pan add the chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell goes away.
  6. Then add the fish and give a nice mix.
  7. Add the green chilies.
  8. Add salt to taste
  9. Finally add garam masala powder and chopped coriander.
  10. Let the stuffing cool.
  11. Now make equal balls out of the dough.
  12. Put some stuffing inside the ball and close it.
  13. Then roll out as flat paratha.
  14. Fry them using oil or ghee.
  15. Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney.
