Red Velvet Pancake

Ingredients to make Red Velvet Pancake

  • all purpose flour or maida-1cup
  • Granulated sugar-1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powdet-1/4cup
  • Baking powder -1 teaspoon
  • baking soda -1 pinch
  • salt-1 pinch
  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • oil-1/4cup
  • egg-1
  • Red liquid colour -2teaspoob
  • Powdered sugar -1/4 cup (for garnishing )

How to make Red Velvet Pancake

  1. Whisk together egg, milk,oil and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add flour and cocoa powder through a big strainer into another bowl,then add baking powder and baking soda. Mix well
  3. Add dry ingredients mixture into the liquid ingredients mixture gradually.
  4. Mix with a spatula until creamy
  5. Now heat a non-stick pan on low flame
  6. Add 1 pour batter with a ladle
  7. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look dry and cooked.
  8. Turn and cook another 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Place in a plate on by one,sprinkle some powdered sugar through a strainer
  10. Pour some strawberry sauce from top (this is optipnal)

My Tip:

If you want to skip egg,then add 1/4 cup more milk.
