Ingredients to make cauloflower stem paratha

  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • cauliflower stem 8 to 10 no
  • salt to taste+1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil or ghee for frying ...

How to make cauloflower stem paratha

  1. Sieve the flour place in a mixing bowl add salt, milk and knead the soft dough by adding sufficient water, cover with muslin cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. meanwhile prepare the stuffing, peel the hard skin of cauliflower stem, wash and great add 1 tsp salt mix well then squeeze the excess water from the stem.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan crackle the cumin seeds add grated stem, salt, red chili powder, chat massala powder, cumin powder, green chili paste and lemon juice, cook on high flame, stir continuously till the excess water evaporate.
  4. once the mixture cools, divide the dough into equal small portion and stuff each ball with the mixture, roll the paratha.
  5. shallow fry the paratha onto non stick tava till the both sides becomes golden.
  6. serve hot with any pickle, curd or aloo ki sabji.
