How to make Bobbatlu
My Tip:Please use equal measure of Channa dal and water in pressure cooker to get good bobbatlu. If we are unable to roll out chapatti from dough, press it in between ghee apolied plastic sheets or butter papers. In olden days these yummy and delicious food was restricted to be made only during festivals or special occasions ( the secreat behind this is to cut off extra fat and high calories). But now a days, it is almost eaten very frequently. So, my suggestion is to make these yummy bobbatlu occasionally ( because we can't stop eating with 1 bobbatlu)
