Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Makki - 100 gm.
  2. methi leaves - 1 small bowl, washed and finely cut
  3. 2 finly cut green chillies.
  4. Salt, Red n Black chilly powder as per your taste.
  5. water for making the dough.
  6. Oil or ghee for frying.


  1. Mix Makki ka aata, spices and Methi leaves.
  2. Add water carefully to make a tight dough.
  3. Rest it for 2 mins.
  4. Now heat oil in a deep pan or kadahi.
  5. Make small balls of this dough and roll them as purri but it should lil thick as normal puri.
  6. Now carefully fry these puries in hot oil.
  7. Heat should be medium for crispness.
  8. Serve this with green and red chutney.
