traditional Indian bread..stuffed with boiled potatoes

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. one big boiled potato
  2. salt to taste
  3. green coriander chopped one tspn
  4. green chilli one chopped fine
  5. wheat flour half cup
  6. oil or ghee two tabspn
  7. red chillies powder half tspn
  8. garam masala one fourth tspn optional

Instructions

  1. boil potato in a pressure cooker
  2. cool peel n mash
  3. add salt red chilli powder n garam masala
  4. add green coriander and green chilli
  5. mix well
  6. make dough of wheat flour adding three four tbspn water
  7. keep for 5 minutes...knead again
  8. make a ball spread in circular shape by a rolling pin
  9. place the potato mixture in centre close pat down gently and roll out again in a round shape
  10. heat a pan place it let it cook on one side flip n cook the other side
  11. flip again apply oil on one side flip apply oil again on the other side
  12. cook on medium flame till golden in colour
  13. keep flipping in between cooking
