Ingredients to make jali ruti

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Cup water
  • salt
  • turmeric/food colour..if wish..

How to make jali ruti

  1. take the rice flour, egg,salt in a bowl..mix..
  2. add water..then whisk to make a smooth batter
  3. pour this mixture in a bottle having a hole on it's cap..
  4. grease the non stick pan with very little oil,heat well
  5. now,pour the mixture in the pan keep moving the bottle round round from same direction so that it can make a net..
  6. wait few second.. keeo out from pan..serve hot with curry..anything fried,jaggery,molasses..anything

My Tip:

u can add pepper powder,food colour,turmeric..if u wish to add spice..or something innovative.. if u r a vegetarian..make this without egg..that is also good to eat..
