Nutritious dosa from the rind which is usually thrown away

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Watermelon rind - 1 cup (white part only)
  2. Dosa rice - 1 cup
  3. Urd dal - 2 tbsp
  4. Methi seeds- 1 tsp
  5. Channa Dal - 2 tbsp
  6. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rice, urd dal, channa dal, methi seeds for 4 hrs.
  2. Grind this with watermelon rind pieces. Ferment for 5 hrs. Add salt.
  3. Prepare crispy dosa with ghee and serve with chutney of choice
