Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 tablespoons custard powder
  2. 500ml milk
  3. 4 tablespoons sugar
  4. Jelly mix
  5. Water
  6. pomegranate for garnishing


  1. 1. Mix 4 tablespoon of custard powder in 125ml of cold milk.
  2. 2. Boil 375 ml of milk and add the above prepared custard mix to it . Allow it to boil for about 3-4 mins and allow it to cool down.
  3. 3. Now take pudding shots or small glasses of your choice first fill 1/3 glass with the prepared custard and allow it to set for 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Meanwhile in these 15 minutes, take another pan , to it add water and jelly mix and let it boil properly for 4-5minutes. Allow it to cool down.
  5. 5. Now take out the galsses from the refrigerator and make another layer prepared jelly mix covering 1/3rd of the glass. Leave it for setting in the refrigerator for 15minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with pomegranate and other fruits of your choice.
