Chicken Baida Roti.

Ingredients to make Chicken Baida Roti.

  • For the dough,
  • maida 1 cup
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • water enough to make dough
  • For chicken filling,
  • Boneless chicken pieces 5 or 6
  • ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Hilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  • lime juice 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric,2 pinch
  • salt,as required.
  • egg filling,
  • egg 1
  • onion 2 tbsp,chopped
  • tomato 2 tbsp,chopped
  • coriander leaves 3 tbsp,chopped
  • green chillies 2,chopped.
  • oil, for frying.

How to make Chicken Baida Roti.

  1. Make a soft dough with given ingredients. Keep aside for 20 min.
  2. Marinate chicken ,with given ingredients & keep for 10 min.
  3. Take a small kadai,put some oil. Add chicken pieces. Cook till done. Remove when it s dry.
  4. When cool ,make small pieces of the chicken.
  5. Beat egg & add all the given ingredients.
  6. Divide the dough into 2. Roll one into a very big chappathi. Very thinnly. 1st put half of the chicken mixture,& on top pur half of the egg mixte. Spread it in the centre. Fold from four sides.
  7. Heat a pan with enough oil to shallow fry. Very carefully, transfer the roti into the pan,with heated oil. Press well,so that the egg inside gets cooked well.
  8. Repeat the same process ,with the other roti.
  9. Serve hot. As it s a complete meal,u can have it as a breakfast or just a snack.

My Tip:

Instead of chicken,paneer or any veg can b used. .
