Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5 pieces bread ( I prefer brown bread )
  2. Vegetables ( carrot, cabbage, onion, fresh coriander leaves.....You can add or skip veggies according to your taste or availability )
  3. 4 tbsp mayonnaise ( I used Funfoods Tandoori )
  4. Salt and black pepper powder as per taste
  5. Oil/Ghee

Instructions

  1. Collect all the ingredients.
  2. Cut the sides of bread n softly roll them with help of rolling pin. Cover it with moist a kitchen towel.
  3. Finely cut all vegetables and mix them well.
  4. Evenly spred mayonnaise on one side of bread.
  5. Put a spoon full of veggie mixture on the bread.
  6. Now roll this carefully and seal this roll with wed hands.
  7. Heat and greace a non stick tawa . Roast these rolls in low flame.
  8. Roast them till a nice Brown crust will appear.
  9. Veg Rawa Rolls are ready to serve.
