Note :- This rot fresh till 5-6 day (keep this rot air tight box).

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour ( thickly grinded) – ½ kg
  2. Sugar – 1 kg
  3. clarified butter (deshi ghee) – 150 gm
  4. green cardamom powder - ¼ tea spoon
  5. greeted coconut powder - 30 gm
  6. Raisins – 25 gm
  7. cashew nut – 25 gm
  8. Almond – 25 gm
  9. salt – ¼ tea spoon or as per taste
  10. poppy seeds (khaskhas) – 2 tea spoon
  11. Water as per required

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl & add sugar, salt, green cardamom powder & stir it will until sugar dissolved.
  2. On slow gas flame fry greeted coconut powder until golden brown.
  3. Cut into the small piece cashew nut and Almond.
  4. Add wheat flour into the plate then add greeted coconut powder, raisins, cashew nut, almond, 2 table spoon clarified butter, sugar water & make a dough.
  5. Make a roti with the rolling pin & spread some poppy seed on it and press lightly, after that make a hole on the middle of the rot.
  6. Put on pan on slow gas flame and fry rot with clarified butter (deshi ghee) both the side till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot or cool.
