  3. 1 cup - Curd
  4. 1/2 cup Milk
  5. A pinch of cinnamon
  6. 1 tsp Honey

  1. Put all the ingredients into a grinder and blend it well.
  2. Pour in glasses and serve this healthy drink to your kids.
