Ingredients to make Aaloo paratha

  • boiled and mashed potatoes 2cups
  • ginger,garlic and green chili paste 1tsp
  • make dough of wheat flour,salt and water
  • 12 tsp aamchur powder
  • 12 tsp garam masala powder
  • little chopped corriander leaves
  • oil for shallow fry
  • salt to taste

How to make Aaloo paratha

  1. In a bowl take boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. add ginger garlicpaste
  3. add salt
  4. add aamchur powder
  5. add garam masala powder
  6. add corriander leaves
  7. mix everything and divide it in equal balls
  8. take little chappati dough
  9. roll it little
  10. place potato masala over it
  11. take all sides and seal it and again roll it
  12. place it on hot tawa and shallow fry it
