Baked yogurt jazzed up with pomegranate coulis n fresh strawberries makes yogurt more luscious delectable Bengali Dessert

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Hungcurd 1cup,condensed milk 1/2 cup ,Fresh cream 1 cup ,powderedsugar 1tbls,strawberries 10-12 ,pomegranate 1 large,cornstarch1tsp ( optional),lemon juice 1 tsp,few dried roses
  2. For pomegranate coulis
  3. pomegranate 1 large ,eater1/4 cup,sugar 2 tsp,lemon juice1tsp ,cornstarch1tsp.
  4. For water bath need large oven proof tray for assembling yogurt bowls

Instructions

  1. 1-For hung curd
  2. Line a sieve with cheese cloth and pour the curd over it.Tie the corner of the cloth nd squeeze out excess water .let it hang on sink for an hour it become thick n creamy.
  3. 2-In a pan take sliced strawberries add powdered sugar .Heat d mixture on low flame for 4-5 minutes till strawberries get soft n mushhy.
  4. 3-Puree the cool mixture nd set aside.
  5. 4-In a large bowl add hung curd ,condensed milk ,fresh cream together,make two portions.
  6. 5- Take one portion add strawberry puree.
  7. 6-Preheat oven at180 d for 10 minutes.
  8. 7-Grease the ramakins or oven proof bowl .
  9. 8-Pour the alternative layers of plain nd strawberry yogurt in ramekins fill about 3/4 of each ramekins
  10. 9-Take a large tray to place ramekins pour hot water such that ramekins are half immersed.
  11. 10-Place the setting into preheated oven for 150d for 20 -25 minutes.
  12. 11- Meanwhile prepare pomegranate coulis Make cornstarch slurry by adding water set aside. Make pomegranate juice by adding lil amount of water blend it discard seeds add cornstarch slurry mix it well add lemon juice sugar 4-5 minutes on simmer 12-Baked yogurt is ready garnish with pomegrante coulis nd pomegranate arils ,Njoy this luscious bengali dessert with ur Valentine ,Serve chilled .Mouthwatering now
