ABOUT Luchi RECIPE

Luchi or poori is a traditional deep fried flat bread made out wheat or refined flour.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup atta
  2. salt to taste
  3. water to knead dough
  4. 1/2 liter oil

Instructions

  1. Knead all the ingredients to a smooth dough.
  2. Set aside for 10 mins before you start rolling
  3. Start rolling them
  4. It should be roughly 4/5 inches in diameter.
  5. Heat 1/2 litre of refined oil.
  6. Once it is smoking hot, start frying your luchi.
