Ingredients Serving: 6

White chocolate 250 gm
Whipping cream 500 ml
Icing sugar. 2 tbsp
Strawberries 10- 12
pomegranate coulis

Instructions

Melt chocolate in double boiler or in the microwave for a few seconds
Blend strawberries into a fine puree.
Blend chilled whipping cream till foamy. add icing sugar
Add melted chocolate which is at room temperature fold gently into the whipped cream.
Add pureed strawberries gently to it.
Pour mousse into individual glasses. Keep in the fridge for two hours.
While serving add pomegranate coulis, chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings, Strawberry sauce as you like.
