Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 11/2 cup + little more for dusting
  2. Curd - 2 to 3 tablespoon
  3. Overripe Banana - 1 big
  4. Sugar - 6 to 7 tablespoon
  5. Sugar - 6 to 7 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Refined oil - 1/2 litre for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take over ripe banana in a blender and a make a smooth puree.
  2. Later add curd and sugar and blend once again.
  3. Sieve the flour along with salt and baking soda. Add the blended mixture into it and prepare a smooth dough.
  4. Now cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep in room temperature.
  5. Allow to rest the dough for at least 4 hours
  6. After 4 hours, knead the dough once again and divide into equal lemon size balls.
  7. Take each ball dust with flour and roll out like puri but it has to be thick.
  8. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry them until golden and serve hot.
