Anda Ghotala

Ingredients to make Anda Ghotala

  • eggs 6
  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • tomato 1 cup
  • Green chilli chopped 1 teaspoon
  • butter 2 teaspoons
  • Processed Cheese 2-3 cubes
  • Pav bhaji masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Deghi mirch 1/2 teaspoon
  • ginger- garlic chopped 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Anda Ghotala

  1. Take a pan, put oil add onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and saute for a while. Now add tomato and saute. (don't mash them) add all the masalas and mix well
  2. Now add the Chopped boiled eggs and mix well, break one egg in the centre of the pan and scramble it. Add cheese/.
  3. Take another pan. Put some butter and break 2 eggs and make Sunny side up eggs
  4. Carefully place the sunny side eggs over the mixture prepared before. Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala & coriander. Serve Hot with Butter Pav
