Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Channa daal 1 cup boiled
  2. Rice 1 cup (soaked)
  3. Onion 1 cup (chopped)
  4. Tomato 1 cup (chopped)
  5. Green chiili chopped 2
  6. Ginger- garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
  7. Bay leaves 2
  8. Elaichi 2
  9. Cloves 3-4
  10. Dal chinni small twig
  11. Oil 1/2 cup
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Deghi mirch 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Dhania powder 1 tablespoon
  16. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  17. Kitchen king 1/2 teaspoon
  18. Broccolli 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a pan , put oil add ginger garlic , jeera, all whole spices and let it cook
  2. Add Onions and saute for a while
  3. Then add all the dry masalas and tomatoes
  4. Let it cook until it leaves the oil
  5. Add boiled Channa daal and put it on a low flame for 10 minutes. Add water if required
  6. Take a kadai, Pour some oil, jeera broccoli & soaked rice
  7. Add required water, put it on a low flame for another 15 minutes
  8. Serve
