Ingredients to make Channa Masala With Brocolli Rice

  • Channa daal 1 cup boiled
  • rice 1 cup (soaked)
  • onion 1 cup (chopped)
  • tomato 1 cup (chopped)
  • Green chiili chopped 2
  • ginger- garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • bay leaves 2
  • elaichi 2
  • cloves 3-4
  • dal chinni small twig
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  • Deghi mirch 1/2 teaspoon
  • dhania powder 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Kitchen king 1/2 teaspoon
  • Broccolli 1/2 cup

How to make Channa Masala With Brocolli Rice

  1. Take a pan , put oil add ginger garlic , jeera, all whole spices and let it cook
  2. Add Onions and saute for a while
  3. Then add all the dry masalas and tomatoes
  4. Let it cook until it leaves the oil
  5. Add boiled Channa daal and put it on a low flame for 10 minutes. Add water if required
  6. Take a kadai, Pour some oil, jeera broccoli & soaked rice
  7. Add required water, put it on a low flame for another 15 minutes
  8. Serve
