Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 carrots
  2. 1 cup cabbage
  3. 5-6 florets of cauliflower
  4. 5 tbsp all purpose flour
  5. Salt to taste,black pepper powder
  6. Refined oil for deep Frying
  7. tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilli sauce
  8. 2 tbsp cornflour
  9. 2 onions
  10. 2 capsicums


  1. In a bowl take grated carrots, cauliflower and cabbage.
  2. Add all purpose flour, salt and black pepper powder and slowly add water to make a batter same as that of pakoras.
  3. Deep fry the pakoras on medium heat and keep aside.
  4. In another pan, add 2 tsp refined oil.
  5. First put the sliced garlic then add diced onions and capsicum and saute.
  6. Add all the sauces and cornflour mixture
  7. Finally, add the pakoras and mix well.
