Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Chicken Keema 1 cup
  2. Onion chopped 1
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green Chilli chopped 1
  6. jeera powder half teaspoon
  7. amchur half teaspoon
  8. dhania powder half teaspoon
  9. red chilli half teaspoon
  10. Chicken masala half teaspoon
  11. Whole wheat atta 1 cup
  12. Ghee 2-3 tsp
  13. Egg 1

Instructions

  1. Take a pan , put 1 teaspoon ghee
  2. add Ginger garlic , onion , chicken keema
  3. n cook well until it turns brown
  4. then add all the dry masala n cook again
  5. Take a dough n make a stuffed parantha with the chicken filling
  6. Put it on a Non stick tawa, & cook it from both sides
  7. Now crack 1 egg on one side & cover the tawa with the lid
  8. So that the egg start cooking with the heat of the parantha
  9. Serve Hot
