Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cups All purpose flour
  2. 2tbspn beetroot paste
  3. sugar 1 tbs
  4. salt 1/2 tspn
  5. ghee 2 tbsn
  6. Lukewarm water
  7. ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. mix ghee with all purpose flour.. add salt,sugar..knead into a dough..
  2. keep them covered with a wet cloth for 20 min
  3. divide into small balls of puri..
  4. roll the balls into puri with roll pin..and dee fry..
  5. serve with coconuts mixed chana dal..
