Very famous n liked snack of north India at anytime but with a little healthy touch

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 1 1/2 cups
  2. Suji 1/4 cup
  3. 2 tblspn oil
  4. Ajwain 1/4 tspn
  5. Salt 2- 3 pinch
  6. Water to make a soft dough
  7. For Masala Filling
  8. 3- 4 boiled potatoes
  9. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  10. Some grated ginger
  11. hing 1 pinch
  12. Jeera 1 tspn
  13. Haldi 1/4tspn
  14. Chilli powder 1/3 tspn
  15. Chopped green chillies
  16. Dhania powder 2 tblspn
  17. Amchur powder 1/ 3 tspn
  18. Garam masala 1/ 4 tspn
  19. Chaat masala 1/4 tspn
  20. Some mint leaves
  21. Chopped fresh coriander
  22. Salt to taste
  23. pinch of black salt
  24. 1 tblspn mustard oil

Instructions

  1. 1.For the dough mix all ingredients except water, then mix water little by little as required n make a soft dough n leave it aside for 15mins. 2. In a pan add mustard oil, hing, jeera grated ginger, haldi, chilli powder, dhaniya powder. When the masala starts crackling add mashed potatoes n peas. Then add rest of the masalas. Roast the filling nicely n when an aroma starts coming stwich off the gas n add mint leaves n coriander leavers n mix well. 3. Take a ball of the dough n roll it with the rolling pin into a little thick roti. Cut it to half from center. Take one half on ur palm put some water on the straight edge to seal the side to make a cone. Fill the potato masala nicely. Seal the mouth of the cone thoroughly. Make all samosas in the same way. Now brush up the samosas with some refund oil n put them in the baking tray . 4. Put the tray in the oven on grill mode n bake it till the samosas r brown in color from all sides. 5. Take them out from oven n serve hot with mint chutney n sweet imli chutney.
