Ingredients to make Chocolate Truffle Cake

  • 150 gms maida
  • 25 gms cocoa powder
  • 80 gms butter
  • 60 gms Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 5 Tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup lukewarm milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • sugar Syrup :- 3 tbsp sugar + 1/2 Cup Water
  • Chocolate Truffle Icing :-
  • 600 gms Dark Chocolate
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter

How to make Chocolate Truffle Cake

  1. Step 1 :- Sieve dry ingredients 3 times
  2. Step 2:- Beat butter and sugar till it becomes fluffy.
  3. Step 3:- Add 5tbsp Condensed Milk and beat again till becomes fluffy afterwards Add Vanilla Essence, Coffee Powder & Milk. Stir well.
  4. Step 4:- Add dry ingredients in two portion and add milk slowly and fold the batter.
  5. Step 5:- Transfer it to the greased tin and tap it twice.
  6. Step 6:- Sugar Syrup:- Heat water and sugar till the sugar melts
  7. Step 7:- Chocolate Truffle :- Warm the heavy tin till it Bubbles. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Pour the cream on the chocolate. Let it rest for 5-10 mins. Mix it well and leave it for 4-5 hours till it thickens.
  8. Step 8:- Bake it in the pre heated oven/microwave at 180° for 25 mins.
  9. Step 9:- After the cake cools down completely unmold it. Cut it from the middle. Moist the cake with sugar Syrup. Spread the Truffle over it. Soak the another layer and spread the ganache . Refrigerate the cake for 10 mins.:Microwave the Truffle for 10 secs spread it over the cake. Again refrigerate the cake for 10mins. Microwave the Truffle for 30 secs. Pour it over the cake.
