ABOUT Mix vegetable pulao RECIPE

This is a light and quick dinner preference fully loaded with all types of colourful vegetables as a source of fiber and rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice-1 cup
  2. Beans-6
  3. Carrot-1 medium
  4. Red capsicum-1 small
  5. Green capsicum-1 small
  6. Green peas-2 tbsp
  7. Sweet corns-2 tbsp
  8. Potato-1 medium
  9. onion-1 medium
  10. Bayleaf-1
  11. Cardamon-4
  12. Cloves-4
  13. Black pepper-6
  15. Jeera-1tsp
  16. Ghee-1 tbsp
  17. Garam masala/Biryani masala-1 spoon
  18. Salt


  1. Take a cooker and add ghee.Now add jeera and all dry spices into this.
  2. Chop all vegetables medium sized and keep ready.
  3. Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes.
  4. As dry masalas start sputtering,add all vegetables and saute for 3 minutes.Add salt.
  5. Now drain water from rice and add in cooker.
  6. Add garam masala and give a mux.Add 2 cups water.Close lid.Take 3 whistles and your delicious vegetable pulao is ready.Serve with pickle and curds.
