A sip of this exotic drink brings love to their daily routine.It is very special drink which I usually make for my hubby . Carrots and dates not only give us taste but also nutrition.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Milk-1litre
carrots-2medium size
dates-2to3
green cardamom-1
oats-1tsp(optional)
sugar according to taste
Mixed nuts (few kishmish, soaked almonds,walnuts)

Instructions

Cut the carrots and dates in small pieces
pour the milk in a pan and cook on medium flame with crushed green cardamom
Add pieces of carrots and dates
Add 1 tsp of oats to make it more healthy
Allow the milk to gently boil until the carrots and dates soften for10 to 15 minutes
Turn off the heat and let it cool
Blend the cooled mixture in blender
Heat the carrot milk again and add sugar(as carrots and dates both are sweet so we add sugar accordingly)
Add all the mixed nuts
Garnish with fresh thin sliced carrots and dates
