Ingredients to make Swiss Heart Cake roll ! Feel the Love

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cup floor
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 table spoon Baking powder
  • 1 tspn Soda
  • 1 tablespoon Vanila essence
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 full cream
  • Strawberries crush
  • 1 + 12 cup butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Red food color

How to make Swiss Heart Cake roll ! Feel the Love

  1. 1- Mix butter and powdered sugar and make a thick creamy paste, once done add red food color and fill in the nozzle with zero number tip.
  2. 2- Take cookies sheet and start making the heart in the sheet throughout.
  3. 3- Once completed refrigerate the tray and start making the batter
  4. 4- Take all egg white and whipped it until smooth , now whip butter and sugar in different bowl and once it done add egg yolk and mix properly
  5. 5- Once mixture is ready fold egg white in gently, like mix and cut. Make it combined.
  6. 6- Take our the tray and pour the batter and bake for 15 min in 180.C350.F
  7. 7- Now take the whipped cream and start beating and add little sugar if desired and bring it to a whipped texture
  8. 8- Take out the roll out from oven and start rolling the cake so that heart look in front of the roll
  9. 9- Now put for 5 min in freeze
  10. 10- Take it out from fridge unroll and add whipped cream and strawberries crush and roll again tight with the help of aluminum foil and keep and freeze until you ready to cut.
