Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Yellow Moong Dal/ Yellow Gram Lentil, soaked for an hour in warm water
  2. 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 tsp Turmeric Powde
  4. 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 TBSP RED CHILI POWDER
  7. 1 tbsp Dry Mango Powder / Amchur
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend the soaked dal into a fine paste and let it rest for some time. In a hot pan, pour the mixture like you would do for a pancake or a dosa. Once you see holes in the crepe, turn it on
  2. Mix all the ingredients into the dal and mix well.
  3. In a hot pan, pour the mixture like you would do for a pancake or a dosa.
  4. Once you see holes in the crepe, turn it on the other side and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve it hot.
