ABOUT Chocolate Bundt cake RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  4. 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  5. Eggs 3
  6. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  7. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  8. Oil or butter 1/2 cup
  9. Milk or buttermilk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs sugar oil and vanilla essence until creamy
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients and fold in the wet ones until well combined.
  3. Add milk or buttermilk slowly little by little.
  4. Give a last fine mix to batter.
  5. Pour into the greased bundt pan.
  6. Bake on 180° for 25 mins.
  7. Allow it to get cool.
  8. Slice it and enjoy.
