Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/4 cup milk 
  2. 1 cup Wheat flour
  3. 1 cup refined flour
  4. 2 teaspoon poppy seeds grinded 
  5. 1 teaspoon cardamoms powdered
  6. 200 gm dates de-seed it and grind 
  7. 1/4 cup coconut desiccated
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. 1/2 powdered sugar
  10. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Firstly Rub 1/2 cup ghee into the both flour. with the help of milk make soft dough.
  2. Prepare a smooth mixture of poppy seeds, desiccated coconut, ground dates, green cardamom powder and powdered sugar and mix it nicely and keep aside.
  3. Take dough and make small rounds then make Puri with the help of rolling pin and board then put that filling and closed it and make the shape like gujiya make all gujiya like this and deep fry it.
