Ingredients to make Tomato puri/tomato flavoured fried bread

  • wheat flour 1cup
  • Semolia 3tbsp
  • tomato pury 1/2cup
  • cumin 1/2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Tomato puri/tomato flavoured fried bread

  1. Take a vessel add flour semolina to it and mix
  2. Add tomato pury salt red chilli powder cumin seeds to the flour mix well
  3. Now add water slowly and make a dough it should not to hard or too soft
  4. Leave this dough for 10 minuts
  5. After 10 minuts make small balls from the dough
  6. Roll the ball in a flat round small chapati
  7. Deep fry it on high flame
  8. Serve it hot with dal fry or potato curry

My Tip:

You can also add fresh or dried harbs like coriender or fenugreek leaves to enhance the flavour
